Your Reaction III

After I read The House on Mango Street. I got a message from this book; people should be friendly to have a warm heart. And whenever any problems come to you, first you must have courage and confidence, then you can solve your problems. Doesn't be a timid person, otherwise people would despise you. Sandra Cisneros wrote this book. I think the author was successful in getting the message across. Perhaps her self, friends or her relatives had similar experiences. So she has her impressions to wrote about it.

The good pint about this novel is there was not many hard vocabularies, so it's better to understand the novel, also it had separated each part of the story. But the point to read this novel is sometimes you would feel boring in this story. I think friends should read the novel, because sometimes you make mistakes, so maybe some novels would give you message, and you'll know how to deal with it. And also you can learn more knowledge from the novel.

I think this novel is part of a series, because it all talks about a young girl's life, and how she experiences her life. In addition, I had read anther story which also written by Sandra Cisneros. The name of that story is Eleven. I think that is also an interesting story. Finally this novel helped me understand that I have to strive more to do anything, otherwise I won't be successful without doing anything, or if I just wait for good fortune to come to me.
